About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ninthjunemedwears.com and every purchase you make from NinthJune Medwears ("NinthJune", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

NinthJune Medwears is a medical apparel brand operating from Accra, Ghana, serving healthcare professionals across the country and beyond.

Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not yet constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or, for pre-order and made-to-order items, when we confirm production has begun.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we cannot verify payment. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept:

Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

NinthJune never sees or stores your full card number or Mobile Money PIN. All payment data is handled by Paystack under their security standards.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Ghana. Delivery timelines and fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated timelines are given in good faith; occasional delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct — our courier will contact the number on your order. If a delivery fails because the details provided were inaccurate or you were unreachable, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & exchanges

We want your scrubs to fit like they were made for you. If a size or colour isn't right, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Free of odours, stains, pet hair, and marks
Returned with all tags and packaging intact

Because our products are worn in clinical environments, items that have been worn or washed cannot be restocked and are not eligible for return. This protects every customer who orders from us.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the exchange fully. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom-embroidered and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sizing & product care

Please consult our Sizing Guide before ordering. Measurements are provided for each product; slight variations of up to 2 cm are normal in garment manufacturing and are not considered defects.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment depending on your display. Follow the care label on each garment — we recommend a cold, gentle wash to keep fabrics and colours at their best through long shifts.

Bulk & institutional orders

Hospitals, clinics, schools, and teams can order in bulk through our Bulk Orders page. Bulk orders are governed by a separate quotation which will set out pricing, production timelines, payment terms, and any customisation (such as embroidery). A deposit may be required before production begins.

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the NinthJune Medwears name, logo, product photography, designs, and text — belongs to NinthJune Medwears or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law. Subject to that, NinthJune's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
